About Me
After 35 years in corporate IT Project & Programme Management, I decided enough was enough and left to focus solely on building a training company, which has now evolved into Wave Communications.
I've combined my corporate program management expertise with a certified transformation methodology to help purpose-driven leaders bridge the Implementation Gap between their vision and the realities of everyday life, both in business and beyond.
I've seen talented people compromise under pressure and the toll it takes on them.
When I became MD of a startup and grew it to £400K in 6 months, I learned what really drives business transformation. I also learned what happens when you compromise your purpose, values, and vision, and it was a harsh lesson.
An NLP Master Coach helped me turn my life around and I discovered the methodology that actually creates permanent change.
In doing the deep emotional work needed to overcome the beliefs and barriers that weren't serving me, I discovered my life purpose - to research and teach
In 2020/2021 I was Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy™, and NLP Coaching after over 1,000 hours of study and certification, closed book exams and demonstrations validated by an accredited Master Trainer.

I bring certified neuro-linguistic programming expertise, accredited coaching credentials (IAPC&M), professional marketing credentials, and a transformation business methodology to support in creating your purpose led business.
