How is this different from traditional leadership coaching?

Traditional coaching works at the conscious awareness level. You discuss challenges, set goals, create action plans, and rely on conscious effort to implement change. When pressure hits, old patterns return because the capability wasn't developed at the implementation level.

How long does the transformation take?

The Executive Implementation Programme is tailored for business and runs for a minimum of 12 months if taken as a whole programme. This includes monthly training intensives with ongoing integration and implementation support.

Capability development happens progressively. Some training programmes deliver rapid shifts in awareness and belief systems. Building new skills and establishing habitual behaviours takes longer. Your organisation needs time to integrate new frameworks and practice new methodologies.

The 12-month journey allows intensive training work combined with real-world implementation, integration and sustainable daily practice.

Why does the numerology profiling matter?

Numerology reveals patterns in your decision-making and behaviours that operate below conscious awareness. Unlike personality assessments based on self-reporting, numerology identifies patterns without conscious manipulation.

What makes you qualified to deliver this training?

I'm a Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Certified Trainer of Hypnosis, Certified Trainer of Time Line Therapy™, and Certified Trainer of NLP Coaching. To attain this level, I've undergone over 1,000 hours of study and certification culminating in closed-book exams, presentations and demonstrations validated by an accredited Master Trainer.

I also bring 35 years of corporate IT programme management experience. I understand the business rigour and commercial credibility you need. I've walked your path. I know how corporate culture conditions organisational behaviour.

I'm not competing with leadership development organisations like Oxford Leadership. I'm complementary to their work. Their programmes prepare leaders for my training methodology. Will this work if I'm already working with a business coach or consultant?
